Hi, we’re Devon & Alex
OPERATIONS & SYSTEMS CONSULTANTSWe're two nomadic entrepreneurs whose paths crossed when we broke away from the 9-5 corporate grind, united by our passion for freedom and fulfilling work. Alex brings six years of experience as a strategy consultant at a Big Four firm, while Devon offers expertise in business support and operations. Together, we've combined our knowledge and honed our skills, mastering the best systems for effective business management and growth.
Our goal is to help business owners optimise every aspect of their enterprise with tailored expertise in consulting, operations, and systems — the very inspiration behind our name, COS Studio. We’re here to turn our vision into reality, helping others achieve their big-picture goals while embracing the freedom we all seek and deserve.

OBSESSED WITH WORKFLOWS & WAVESOriginally from the UK, I’m now living nomadically, seeking sun-kissed places to call home. When I'm not at my desk, you’ll find me practicing yoga, surfing, or getting lost in a novel on the beach.

ENGINEER TURNED BUSINESS STRATEGISTComing from Spain and the corporate world, I’ve traded long work days in an office for a location-freedom lifestyle. With a background in engineering and an MBA, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic insight to COS Studio. Outside of work, you’ll often find me catching waves, boxing, or playing padel tennis.
WHY COS STUDIO?After 6 years working as a strategy and operations consultant for Deloitte, I craved freedom whilst continuing my passion for the consulting world. I thrive on tackling business challenges, offering innovative solutions, and helping CEOs to achieve work-life balance.
